PHASE SEQUENCE CORRECTOR

              (APSC) 25A – 630A

NUTECH INDUSTRIAL – AUTOMATIC PHASE SEQUENCE CORRECTOR (APSC) 25A – 630A

For any 3-phase Machines (or) Equipment’s like AC Units, UPS System, Lifts and Motors, Motor-pumps

3-phase incoming supply has to be given in the right sequence, i.e (R, Y, B). The phase angle of 120° between the phases R, Y, B is to be maintained to run 3-phase Motors & 3-phase Loads

If the Phase Sequence RYB is changed

  • Motor tends to rotate in the reverse direction.
  • AC Units, Lifts (Elevators), Escalators and all 3-phase loads will be stop working due to the inbuilt sequence protection feature.
  • The Batteries of the UPS System will be discharged and the UPS output will get cut off with Low Battery.
  • Only when the EB / Utility Input sequence is changed manually, they start functioning.

AUTOMATIC PHASE SEQUENCE CORRECTOR always gives an output in the right sequence and maintains 120° between phases, even if the Input sequence is changed for any number of times.

SALIENT FEATURES

  • FULLY AUTOMATIC
  • NO MANUAL INTERVENTION
  • SINGLE PHASE PREVENTION
  • HIGH / LOW VOLTAGE PROTECTION
  • VOLTAGE IMBALANCE PROTECTION BETWEEN PHASES
  • LED INDICATIONS : (R, Y, B) INPUT PHASE SEQUENCE & INPUT PHASE SEQUENCE CORRECTED

The Key features of our RYB Phase Sequence Correctors are as under:

  • Suitable for correcting the RYB phase sequence, whenever the sequence is changed or reversed
  • For 3-phase UPS, during sequence changed or reversed, UPS will start use the Battery Power & Battery may become empty within half or one hour
  • 3-phase Air Conditioner will be tripped off, due to Sequence reversal
  • Avoid damages during phase sequence changes or reversal
  • The Sequence Corrector will switch off, during the Single Phasing or imbalance voltage occur & later, Auto-reset after restoration
  • No break downs of Lifts (Elevators), Escalators, UPS, Machineries, 3-phase Air conditioners, 3-phase Motors or any other 3-phase system due to any change in Sequence
