Working of Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer
The unstable Voltage means Voltage fluctuation range 150 to 270 Volts AC in the power supply can cause major breakdown and damages of sensitive electronic equipment such as Air-Conditioning, Appliance, Machinery, Industry, Manufacturing Plant, Mall, Medical Equipment & Hospital, Commercial Complex, Institutions etc., So the Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer corrects the Voltage fluctuations and gives perfect stable output Voltage before it damages these equipments.
The Voltage from Electricity board or Input source of the Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer is sensed continuously by sensing circuits and gives feedback to the Control Circuits which consists of the latest Micro-Controller. The Input Voltage from the Mains is compared continuously by the Micro-Controller with its reference value and triggers to drive the AC Stepper Synchronous Motor during the Voltage fluctuations at the Input. The Shaft of the AC Stepper Synchronous Motor connected with the Auto Transformer (Variac / Dimmer) using Carbon brushes rotates either clock wise or anti-clock wise direction to increase or decrease the number of winding. The Output of the Auto Transformer (Variac / Dimmer) is connected to the Primary of Buck-Boost Transformer which finally increases or decreases the Voltage levels and the induced Voltage across its Secondary also changes. The AC Stepper Synchronous Motor drives in such a way that proper Voltage is applied across the Buck-Boost Primary so that the Output Voltage is set to desired Output Voltage of Servo Stabilizer. This process takes place continuously so as to correct Input Voltages
NUTECH front panel of the Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer is equipped with back-light Alpha-Numeric LCD Display indicating the parameters of Input Voltage, Output Voltage, Frequency, Output Current and indications for Input Voltage High Cut-Off, Input Voltage Low Cut-Off, Output ON and Audible Alarm provided for all Fault Trip conditions.
